The news comes from a small town named Suryagarha in the Lakhisarai district of Bihar. An employee of Bank of India was returning home from work on Wednesday when the mishap took place. The man on his way home was murdered on a national highway.
The man identified as Rishidev Kumar is said to be returning home from the office in Suryagarha on Wednesday evening. The SHO of the Mehandi police station, Rubikant Kashyap is looking into the case.
Kumar’s body was found on the Munger Suryagarha NH80 near Nandpur Dala village. It seems that Kumar was returning home via his motorcycle as his transport. The motorcycle was also found nearby the body. There were gunshots on the back of Kumar’s body as Kashyap revealed. He also said that the body has been sent for the post-mortem.
While investigating the case, the police found out that Kumar had two wives and there was a huge dispute going on between him and his first wife. There are also allegations being made by the family of Kumar’s second wife. They suspect that Kumar’s first wife is involved in his murder, Kashyap said.
