Arvind Kejriwal disrespects and humiliates National Flag claims Tourist and Culture Minister

Image source: NDTV The Union Minister, Prahlad Patel, accused Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal of disrespecting and insulting the national flag and violating the Flag Code of India. Prahlad Patel wrote a letter to Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal and center addressing this issue, said green stripes in the flags displayed behind Kejriwal during his recent video conferences got distorted and enlarged, while the white central stripes reduced. He further mentioned, “whenever Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addresses a televised briefing, my attention is often drawn to the national flag behind his chair… it violates the Constitution. The national flag has been used for decoration.” "The middle (the white stripe) seems to get cut by the green stripe. This is not under Home Ministry rules on the depiction of the national flag. I want to bring this to the attention of the respected Chief Minister, who has ignored this—either consciously or subconsciously," he added and has demanded immediate changes. Delhi’s CM, Arvind Kejriwal has been very active for the past few weeks, updating on the covid rules, lockdown guidelines, and vaccine situation, appealing to the government to take measures. On Thursday, he made a televised appeal to the center urging it to buy, Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine to inoculate children. On the same day, the center released a statement of the myths and facts about its handling of pandemic, in which he attacked few leaders who have been vocal about the lack of vaccines despite having the correct figured.
