Today my blog will be upon a healthy and tasty vegetable juice recipe, which will definitely cheer your heart.
Green vegetable juice may not be a choice of juice for everyone but its health benefits far outweighs its taste. In this recipe, extremely nutritious greens like cucumber, celery, kale, and spinach are combined with goodness of apples to give it a desirable sweeter taste and make well-balanced tasty detox juice. • Preparation Time : 10 minutes
• Serves : 2 servings
• 1/2 Cucumber
• 2 Celery stalks
• 2 large Kale Leaves or 1 cup Spinach
• 1 small or 1/2 large Apple
• Juice from 1/2 Lemon
• 1/4 inch piece of Ginger, optional
• 1 cup Water
1. Rinse cucumber, celery, kale leaves and apple thoroughly in water. Then remove stems from kale leaves and tear them into small pieces.
2. After that cut cucumber, celery and apple into small pieces.
3. In a blender jar put 1 cup of water and add finely chopped cucumber, celery, apple and ginger.
4. Blend all the added ingredients until smooth purée comes out. Then add kale leaves and lemon juice.
5. Blend it again until smooth texture comes out.
6. After that take a bowl, then place a large strainer over the bowl and pour prepared purée over it. You can also use nut-milk bag or cheesecloth instead of a strainer to strain the purée.
7. Use a spatula or a spoon to press the pulp down, and get the maximum juice. Then discard the pulp.
8. You can add a bit of black salt to enhance the taste.
9. Pour the juice in a glass, and decorate it with some lemon stripes.
10. So your healthy and tasty green vegetable juice it is ready to serve. Consume it immediately to get maximum nutrients.
