An Anganwadi worker in Manipur died within a week of receiving the first dose of the corona vaccine. This was officially announced on Saturday. The name of the deceased Anganwari worker is Sundari Devi. She was a resident of Kumbha Terakha in the Bishnupur district. The Anganwari worker took the first dose of Corona antidote on February 12.

It is learned that the woman started having respiratory problems on Friday. He was rushed to Mairang Community Health Center. He died there. "A special team will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death", state health officials said.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh has already met the family of the deceased and expressed his condolences. He also heard the complaints of the family members of the deceased. The Chief Minister assured if the allegations in the autopsy report were true, appropriate compensation would be paid. On Twitter, the Manipur chief minister said, he had ordered strict action if the death was due to negligence on the part of a government employee or official.
Nita Arambam, the district deputy commissioner of Bishnupur, said the family of the deceased had claimed that Sundari Devi had told about allergies before the vaccination. Despite this, the government workers in charge of vaccination gave him the antidote.
