Heavy Rains in Nepal: About 104 people have been confirmed dead till now

Nepal faced violent rains, which brought terrible incidents like landslides and floods. This entire incident has so far claimed the lives of 104 people as much as the information has come to light. 41 people have been reported missing till now, almost the same number of people got injured.

Nepal currently facing torrential rains for the last some days which are destroying the lives of people, crops of farmers, fields, homes, and households when people are already trying to overcome the devastation of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nepal is facing heavy floods and landslides triggered by heavy rains in which the number of dead people climbed 104 on Thursday according to officials. 41 Missing people have also been registered and almost the same number of people have been injured in these incidents. These heart-wrenching incidents were reported from many areas as Lumbini province, Bagmati province, some in Dhankuta, Sunsari, Morang, Kapilvastu, and in Sudur Paschim too

Nepal's PM Sher Bahadur Deuba gave a visit to the flood-affected areas in the western region of the country and direct the authorities to speed up all the rescue processes, and rehabilitation programs. Some areas of Nepal witnessing snowfall for the past three days and which is affecting the rescue process. Rescue of people has also come in trouble and difficulty due to bad weather, and the rescue works could not be carried out on Wednesday as the weather didn't allow to do so. Officials said rescue operation is on, helicopter, police, and everything possible is being done by the government.
