Today India is celebrating it's 72nd Republic Day with a reduced programme schedule at Rajpath, Delhi. The programme is going to proceed from 9 am and will end after the traditional flypast at 11:25 AM.
The parade will also have a short route other than lessen list of programmes. There will be no chief guests, fewer spectators, no children under 15 and fewer soldiers of Army and Navy will be present. PM inaugurated the Parade Ceremony by visiting National war Memorial.

(10:32 am) One of the first three female pilots of the country, Flt Lt Bhawna Kanth is part of Indian Air Force tableau at Republic day parade.

(10:50 am) the display of cultural tableaux begins by showing Ladakh. On Gujarat, it displayed a replica of Sun temple at Modhera.
(11:15 am) the tableau of the department of Biotechnology depicts the process of Covid-19 vaccine development through a process.
(11:27 am) UK president Boris Johnson said, " I look forward to visiting India later this year, strengthening our friendship and striving for a quantum leap in our relationship that PM Modi and I have both pledged to achieve ."
