The so-called claims of Pakistan accusing India to be the mastermind behind some of the terror strikes in their country barely adhere to any resemblance to reality as pointed out by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
After Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi holds India responsible for plotting attacks, New Delhi on Sunday comes with a sharp reply to criticize Islamabad saying those proofs bear no credibility.
In response to the media, the Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Anurag Srivastava sent a strong message to Pakistan – “The so-called claims of ‘proof’ against India enjoy no credibility, are fabricated and represent figments of imagination. This desperate attempt will find few takers as the International community is aware of Pakistan’s tactics and proof of its terror sponsorship has been admitted by none other than its own leadership.”
He also added the whole scenario drama is a deliberate attempt on Pakistan's part to shift focus from its economic exhaustion & political disturbances & to justify cross-border terrorism & infiltration in LoC.
The Ministry also did not miss to recall Pakistan's Science and Tech. Minister Fawad Chaudhry’s proud remark on the Pulwama attack accepting the fact that it has become the hotbed for terrorism. “We call upon Pakistan to end its support to cross-border terrorism. Pakistani leaders have never hidden the fact that it has become a factory for producing terrorists,” disappointedly stated Srivastava.
Srivastava pinched Pakistan on the question of Osama Bin Laden who was gloriously given the status of Martyr in the Pakistani Parliament. The cross-border terrorism has repeatedly violated tranquility in the borders & the Pakistani Establishment continues to cover the deeds of the infiltrators. He also warned Pakistan about its unprovoked ceasefire violations & increasing hostilities.
“India is not the only neighbor to be targeted as underlined by the statements of countries similarly targeted.
Distant parts of the world have seen the terror trail lead back to Pakistan. Concocting documents and peddling false narratives will not absolve Pakistan of such actions. We are confident the world will hold it to account.”
