A new norm amidst the new normal has come into being when the new rule that came into being now doesn't require women and children to carry e-pass of the metro from 11 am -5 pm.
The new rule came into being from Friday when the Metro Railway has relaxed rules to help more people to be able to use the lifeline of the city.
This relaxation is not only confined to the section of women and children, but also to the section of senior citizens. They do not need an e-pass to board a metro from any station, rather, they need to carry a pan card or an Adhaar Card or Driving License or Passport or Voter Card as age proof.
In the cases of children, they must carry their authorized identity cards issued by their respective schools.
