The keto diet or ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet. This is mainly used in medicine, where it is used to control epilepsy in children. This diet forces the body to burn fat rather than carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates in food are converted into glucose, which is then transported around the other parts of the body. It is mainly important for fueling brain function.

1. At first prepare the batter. For making the batter, use an egg with a tablespoon of arrowroot powder, and combine it to make a medium consistency thick batter.

2. Whisk the batter well so that it can be used properly. After that put all the chicken thighs and coat them properly. Keep this aside.

4. While the chicken is cooking, we will make the sesame sauce. For making the sauce mixed all the listed ingredients, and whisk them all well, to prepare a saucy consistency.

5. When you will find all the chickens are completely cooked, add the sesame sauce to it, and stir it well. And then let it be cooked for 5 more minutes.
