PM Modi inaugurates India's 'most modern' railway station in Madhya Pradesh.

PM Narendra Modi inaugurates a 'most modern' Rani Kamlapati Railway station in MP, which has been renamed after Rani Kamlapati, the first gond queen of Bhopal. which was earlier known as a habibganj railway station. Railway minister Ashwini Vaishnav and Governor Mangubhai C.Patel, CM Shivraj Singh chouhan were also present on this occasion.

PM Modi said, "the re-developed Rani Kalmlapati Railway station has modern facilities like an airport. it has a modern toilet, quality food, a hotel, hospital, smart parking, central concourse having connectivity with all the platforms of the station.

Speaking on the occasion, he said, " such infrastructure and facilities have been expected by common taxpayers and middle class. it's the real honour of taxpayers. It's the model of transformation from VIP culture to EPI, which stands for every person is important."

Rani Kamlapati Railway Station is the first world-class railway station in Madhya Pradesh, which is redeveloped under the public-private partnership(PPP) model.

A total of 175 railway stations are being redeveloped in the country on similar lines, the prime minister said.
