Physical attacks have been become very common in West Bengal due to political rivalry. Within a few days, the second incident takes place in West Bengal.

As per the report, six BJP workers have been attacked with crude bombs by TMC workers.

On Friday night, some goons threw crude bombs at the BJP workers in Bengal's South 24 Parganas district. BJP claims that the alleged attack was done by TMC goons when they were coming back from a marriage ceremony.

The alleged blast caused serious injuries to the workers. The injured people rushed to Canning Hospital where their treatment is still going on. One of the TMC leaders blamed the BJP itself. In his counter allegation, he claimed that the blast took place when the BJP workers were making bombs.

However, the local police have started investigating the matter. Within a week this is the second incident of violence. At the end of last month, an elderly mother of BJP worker Gopal Majumdar was beaten up by TMC workers.

BJP alleges that it has lost nearly 130 party members who were attacked by TMC goons, over the last two years.
